GIVE. SHARE. LOVE.

          Since –BER months have started, people are busy making and garnishing their houses with different kinds of Christmas ornaments and decorations. Some also are putting up their Christmas trees and lights. In addition, some are buying gifts for Christmas.

But do people really know the true spirit of Christmas? Or they’re just concentrating in setting up decorations in their houses? Nowadays, individuals tend to forget the true essence of Christmas. Yuletide season is the time of giving and sharing whatever you have without thinking its exchange. Moreover, sharing love to people who lack understanding and giving importance to people who lost their folks. It is not all about having fun but also sharing everything you want. Let us also remember Jesus Christ who is really the core of this celebration.

          It’s not difficult to give, share and love. Don’t forget to give and share something to others Christmas season is not all about buying things and decorating ornaments but also loving, sharing, giving and remembering the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED

 Nowadays, Earth is suffering many types of problems – problems which cause it to become polluted or making it a destroyed planet.  During the ancient times, the Earth had been beautiful but when discoveries of man came, the Earth becomes a planet full of damages.

One of the main problems the Earth has been experiencing is that what we call climate change.  This happens due to the wrong activities men are doing. As a result, climate change occurs. Climate change is the phenomenon where in the temperature or environment that we are experiencing is different from before. Because of this, we experience climate change a lot. Many people are affected by this such as flash floods and tidal waves in some countries.

          If man continues doing things that will make Earth a destroyed one, the human race will suffer more and eventually many people around the world will die.

Equal Rights and Equal Opportunities For All

      Men and women nowadays have equality in all aspects of life. This means that whatever work a man does, a woman can also do that work and vice versa. Unlike on ancient times that man is more powerful than woman.

      Gender equality gives equal rights and equal opportunities for both men and women. Equal rights for them because they have the right to live and do whatever they want to do and Equal opportunities because anything that can be given to a man must be given also to a woman and vice versa. Having equal rights and opportunities for all people all over the world can lead to the unity of all nations. If people can attain unity, nations in the world could become better.

      Equal rights and equal opportunities give us more effective way of living and respect to all human beings in the human race.

English Language for Worldwide Happiness

      English language is known for being the universal language. Many people can understand it and uses it to communicate with other people having different nationality and language.

          Nowadays, many Filipinos are working abroad to have a job in order to sustain their own families. But there are times that they can’t go abroad because of the lack of English language proficiency. Some can’t understand the so-called universal language. So people not only here in the Philippines must know and understand the English language. Having this kind of situation really proves that English is a worldwide language.

          Going global through English language may be also one way of having peaceful life and making all countries a united one. It makes people with different languages understand what they are really telling about. 

Exciting Ride of My Second Quarter

 

               Another quarter has ended. Two more to go and I will finish my high school life. Second Grading Period was a little bit hard for me. Why? It is because our topic is all about HTML.

          At first, I thought studying HTML was simple and easy but I was wrong. It’s hard because we had lots of exercises about HTML like the formatting HTML’s and more. But I had fun typing ‘<’ and ‘>’, and many kinds of tags. After having this kind of exercises, I realized that making a web page is hard. You have to make many tags for you to create one.

          Thanks for our teacher who taught us how to make HTML files and also for Notepad. I will do my best to make my grades higher.

          

Heroes for All Time

    Education is an important aspect for our lives. Without this, lawyers, doctors, engineers and other professionals are nothing. But there is one person behind these successful people and that is a teacher.

        Having a profession of a teacher is such a difficult one. A difficult one because you have to do lot things-have a lesson plan prepared for students, give your students time to have their thoughts come out and understand what you’re teaching during discussions, give them guidance and consideration when they are experiencing difficulties or problems and doing your responsibility as their second parent.

   Because of their sacrifices for their students, sometimes they don’t have time for themselves. That’s why October is Teacher’s Month celebration. Through this celebration, teachers may have their relaxation; treat them on whatever they wanted to have, and do whatever they want to do. During this month, lots of activities are done such as the competition for collage, essay, letter making and many more. For teachers, they are being served by their students, some are being surprised by their students and gifts are being given meaning teachers are having fun.

       Being a teacher is hard but educating people is happiness and satisfaction. As a student, I consider teachers as superheroes for all time for their sacrifices for their students and being considerate, loving and being supportive every time. I salute all teachers all over the world and thank you for giving your best in teaching us good characters.

For Tomorrow's Happiness

          In our generation today, the world experiences many kinds of complications - complications done by humans living on it. Now, people tend to use gadgets and other type of technology discoveries which are harmful for the whole world and to us humans when using them.

          As a young citizen of the world, I am worried about the problems of Earth today. Because of the smoke coming out from factories and vehicles, the excessive cutting of trees, usage of harmful materials and the highly usage of other Science and Technology inventions and discoveries, the Earth is now experiencing unpleasant conditions. It needs medications to cure these conditions. In curing these, we must know the real causes of these problems so that we can build solutions to resolve these problems. As a responsibility, we must take good care of Mother Earth and help it to become a better one.

          Through these kinds of activities, we can lessen the burden that Mother Earth is lifting on her. This betterment of the whole world starts within us humans and through our little things, we can make the whole wide world a better place to live in.

You are the One

          Heroes are all around us. They can be animals or humans. They are called heroes because they have done something which helped other people or living things in safety.

          As a young citizen, I considered my mother as my superhero. Even though she doesn’t have any supernatural abilities, she has the power to give everything I need for my daily life. She was my first teacher during my younger years until now; she always makes sure that I have high grades. She is my savior whenever there are people who are teasing me.

          But there is one thing that she always has – the ability of sacrificing everything for my own sake. She’s giving me all things that I need. She loves me unconditionally and takes good care of me every time and always lends me herself to hug and her shoulders to lean on.

           As an exchange for her sacrifices, I swear that I will finish my studies to give her a better and happier life. I am very thankful for having a mother like her who is kind, lovable and caring.
