State of the Nation Address is a
once-a-year report about the President’s accomplishments. Last July 22, 2013,
the fourth SONA of President Benigno Simeon “Noy-Noy” Cojuangco Aquino III
happened. It was attended by different leaders from different places in the
Philippines.
In the President’s SONA, he discussed
the importance of education. He implemented the K to 12 last year and he said
the significance of the said program. More classrooms are needed for the K to
12 also with the textbooks and teachers. In Agriculture, the government began
to export high quality of rice. He also tackled the increasing number of the
beneficiaries of the 4P’s especially the indigent people. With this kind of
programs implemented in our country, this can make it a better one to live in.
President Aquino III has still two
left SONA’s and I hope that he can do more things which will help our country a
progressive and prosperous one.
